Admission and Visa Process for Ireland
Step 1: Document Preparation
- Gather all academic certificates, transcripts, and any additional required documents.
- Prepare copies of your passport and three recent passport-sized photos.
- Write two reference letters and craft a compelling Statement of Purpose.
Step 2: Application Submission
For postgraduate applicants, include a tailored CV highlighting relevant work experience as per university requirements.
- Complete the university application form along with any supplementary forms as needed.
Step 3: Admission Confirmation
- All submitted documents will be forwarded to the selected institutions at no extra cost to you.
- Expect an admission response within 2 to 8 weeks from the institution.
- Upon acceptance, tuition fees must be paid to the institution’s account (via Bank Draft, TT, or Credit Card), which is refundable if your visa application is denied.
- A CAS (Confirmation of Acceptance for Studies) letter will be issued by the institution.
Step 4: Financial Documentation
- Submit necessary financial documents, with both student and parent as guarantors if applicable.
- Show funds equivalent to at least one year’s tuition and 9 months of living expenses in the sponsor’s bank account for a minimum of one month.
- Provide proof of regular income.
Final Step: Visa Application Submission
- After completing the above steps, visit the VFS to submit your visa application, including the NHS charge.
- Be prepared for a possible interview as part of the visa process.
