NEW ZEALAND– ADMISSION AND VISA PROCESS
1st Step
- Initial Counselling: Get free initial counselling, explore available options, and receive tips on choosing a suitable university or institution.
- Document Submission: Submit all certified academic certificates, mark sheets, professional certificates, IELTS/TOEFL/PTE results, CV, Statement of Purpose (SOP), work experience certificates, and copies of your passport along with the application.
- Gap Evidence: Provide evidence of any gap after completing your education (if required).
2nd Step
- Admission Confirmation: The prospective institution may take 3 to 6 weeks to confirm admission.
- Sponsor’s Paper Submission: Submit the sponsor’s documents. Any close relative can be the sponsor, with a first-blood sponsor preferred.
- Offer Letter: Receive the admission documents (Offer Letter).
3rd Step
- Sponsor’s Paper Submission: Submit the sponsor’s documents (only first-blood relatives can sponsor).
- Funds Calculation: Calculate the minimum funds required to show to universities and Immigration New Zealand (1-year tuition + 1-year living expenses + travel cost + full overseas student health cover).
- Sponsor Amount: The sponsor amount may vary depending on the sponsor’s relation and the number of dependents.
- Sponsor’s Documents: Basic documents needed from the sponsor include:
- Bank certificate/statement
- Tax Identification Number (TIN) certificate
- Salary certificate
- Job certificate
- Trade license
- Property/revenue information
